Assorted Egg Pizza

Add all the ingredients and beat the eggs.

Spread oil in a frying pan and heat until warm.

Pour in the egg liquid.

After a little solidification, add vegetable cubes and sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese.

Simmer over low heat and cover with lid.

When the egg liquid has basically solidified, turn off the heat.

Take it out and place it on the baking tray.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes in advance and heat it up to 190 degrees, no need to turn on a small fire, just 3 minutes.

Remove and install the plate.

Take a bite, incense!
Tips:
1. If there is no small frying pan, use a normal non-stick frying pan to fry into a large pizza.
2. Finally, bake it in the oven to make the egg liquid more solid, so that the mozzarella cheese on the surface melts and the bottom is not mushy. If the degree of frying in the frying pan is acceptable, there is no need to bake it again.
3. I use corn kernels, green peas kernels and carrot kernels for vegetables. You can choose the ones you like and cut into small ones.
