Ingredients

Assorted Fried Rice

1. Prepare all the ingredients and cut into small pieces for later use.

2. Stir fry the carrots with oil

3. Add eggs and continue to stir fry

4. Add the onion and fry it

5. Put rice and stir fry

6. Stir fry with oyster sauce and salt

7. Add cucumber, peas and ham and continue frying.

8. Finally, add white sugar to taste and get out of the pot

Tips:

This staple food is nutritious and the rice is best cooked the day before, so that the frying effect will be better. Carrots are not easy to be cooked and should be fried first.
