Assorted Fried Rice

Wash the rice and put it in a rice cooker to cook for later use

The ingredients prepared are: ham, carrots, corn, bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, shrimp skins, peas, garlic

First soak the shiitake mushrooms in water

Corn breaks into corn kernels

Diced carrots

Diced bell pepper

Cut garlic into minced garlic

Remove the stalks of the soaked shiitake mushrooms and chop finely

Put edible oil in the pot, add minced garlic and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry on low heat for about a minute

Fried rice is very simple, just add in according to your favorite ingredients
