Assorted Fried Rice Noodles

Prepare the main ingredients.

Change the garnish to shreds with a knife.

After the water is boiled, add the rice noodles and cook for about 5 minutes. Put the cooked rice noodles in cold water for later use.

When the oil in the wok is hot, add the egg and stir-fry, add the side dishes and stir-fry.

Add rice noodles, light soy sauce, salt, chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

Pour into a bowl and serve while hot.

Not bad.
Tips:
Don't cook the rice noodles for too long, because the next step is to stir-fry, so don't worry about it being cooked.
