The assorted ham and vegetable porridge is cooked, put it in a bowl and you can enjoy it.
Tips:
1. Vegetables can be freely selected according to personal taste, such as green beans, celery, cucumber and so on. Ham can also be replaced with shrimp, which is shrimp vegetable porridge.
2. Broccoli is easy to cook, and it is easy to turn yellow and change color after cooking for a long time, so put it in the last.
3. Add enough water to cook the porridge at one time. If you add water in the middle, the thick porridge will become thinner and the rice water will separate, which will affect the taste.
4. If you use a casserole and an open flame to cook the porridge, you need to always pay attention to the heat and be careful of overflow.
