Tips:
1. The water absorption of different flours is different, and the amount of water is for reference only.
2. In order to prevent the dough from heating up too fast during kneading, let the mashed potatoes cool before using, and use ice water and ice eggs to mix the noodles. When kneading the dough, open the lid of the bread machine to dissipate heat.
3. If the room temperature is high, you can take the dough out and put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature.
4. Different types of bread machines have different methods and time for mixing noodles.
5. Each oven has a different temper, so the temperature is for reference only.
6. After baking, take out the bread and let it cool, and put the uneaten bread in a fresh-keeping bag at room temperature.
