Assorted Omelet

Prepare two eggs, ham sausage, washed colored peppers, and garlic sprouts.

Cut the colored peppers, garlic sprouts, and ham sausage into small pieces.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and stir well.

Add a tablespoon of flour.

Stir well, make the egg batter as fine as possible without particles.

Add colored pepper, ham, and minced garlic.

Stir well.

Put a little peanut oil in a non-stick pan and heat it over low heat.

Pour the custard.

Turn the pot quickly to distribute the batter evenly. Keep the fire low for frying, and keep turning the pot to make it evenly heated.

Tips:
Don't put too much flour, just add a tablespoon of flour to two eggs.
