Assorted Peanuts

Rinse the peanuts, soak overnight, then put salt, star anise, pepper, and bay leaves on low heat for 40 minutes (I didn’t soak it, just made it in a pressure cooker)

Dice cucumbers and carrots (not too small, I cut them to be smaller, not easy to clip)

Put light soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken essence and mix well
