Assorted Quiche

Cut the tofu into thin slices and fry on both sides. The minced pork and onion are fragrant, seasoned with tomatoes and cooked.

Beat three eggs into a bowl, add flour, salt and mix thoroughly.

Wash the pan, pour the egg mixture, put all the ingredients on the egg mixture, add oil over the heat, and fry slowly until cooked.
4.
Take out the pan and serve.
