Assorted Ribs Braised Rice

Rib ribs in a pot under cold water, add sliced ginger, blanch for 2 minutes, then remove and drain the water for later use

Dice carrots and potatoes, slice shiitake mushrooms, set aside

Put the broccoli in the pot and blanch for 4 minutes

Put the blanched broccoli in the rice cooker, close the lid, simmer for 5 minutes in low temperature mode, and it will be out of the pot.
