Assorted Seafood Pasta
1.
Parsley can be replaced with any other fresh spices you like, such as dill, basil, etc. But don't use green onions, coriander and other strong flavors, because it will spoil the taste of seafood and milk. For assorted seafood, I choose seafood packages that are readily available in supermarkets. You can match them by yourself, but don’t use fish.
2.
Defrost seafood, chop parsley, dice onion, mince garlic, set aside.
3.
Boil the pasta in a pot in cold salted water, cook until the pasta is just beginning to soften, you can start to make seafood sauce.
4.
While continuing to cook the noodles on a low heat, start another pot, add oil, and saute the minced garlic and diced onion.
5.
When the diced onion is sautéed until slightly transparent, add white wine, boil slowly over low heat, and season with black pepper and salt.
6.
Add the seafood, add a lid, and slowly cook the seafood over medium-low heat.
7.
After the seafood is cooked, add the pasta that is cooked to eight mature.
8.
After mixing well, add light cream.
