If one day you travel to Europe and you see frutti di mare on the menu, it must be a dish of assorted seafood. Frutti di mare means seafood in Italian, which generally includes shellfish, shrimp and squid. When we Chinese think of the word "Assorted", we must have six or seven kinds of concepts in our minds. However, for Europeans, their own tastes like simple and single, and they don't like the combination of various ingredients. I think it will. Influence each other's taste and taste. Therefore, when traveling in Europe to eat western food, most of the dishes are made of simple ingredients. Don't think it is cutting corners. There is also a lot of work behind this simple ingredient. Just like this pasta with assorted seafood, it is simple but well-defined. The seafood is fresh and creamy. "

Assorted Seafood Pasta

1. Parsley can be replaced with any other fresh spices you like, such as dill, basil, etc. But don't use green onions, coriander and other strong flavors, because it will spoil the taste of seafood and milk. For assorted seafood, I choose seafood packages that are readily available in supermarkets. You can match them by yourself, but don’t use fish.

2. Defrost seafood, chop parsley, dice onion, mince garlic, set aside.

3. Boil the pasta in a pot in cold salted water, cook until the pasta is just beginning to soften, you can start to make seafood sauce.

4. While continuing to cook the noodles on a low heat, start another pot, add oil, and saute the minced garlic and diced onion.

5. When the diced onion is sautéed until slightly transparent, add white wine, boil slowly over low heat, and season with black pepper and salt.

6. Add the seafood, add a lid, and slowly cook the seafood over medium-low heat.

7. After the seafood is cooked, add the pasta that is cooked to eight mature.

8. After mixing well, add light cream.

9. Bring to a boil on high heat, cook until the juice is almost sticky, add chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
