Assorted Seafood Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in hot water for about 10 minutes.

Wash the imitation shark's fin and dry it for later use.

Wash the fresh squid shreds, blanch them in boiling water for two minutes, then let the water out, set aside.

1 Add the oil first. After the oil is boiled, sauté the ginger, shallots, garlic and chili until fragrant. 2 Then put down the finely chopped onions and fry them together until tender.

Then stir-fry the fresh squid, dried squid and shrimp skins that have been drained until golden brown. Then stir-fry the vermicelli and imitation shark fin together. When it is almost done, stir-fry evenly with Xo sauce.
Tips:
Shrimp skin fresh squid and dried squid must be fried until golden brown.
