Assorted Side Dishes

Ingredients: black fungus, peanuts, water radish, cucumber, green pepper

After soaking the black fungus, blanch it with boiling water and remove it for later use

Pour the peanuts into boiling water and cook, remove and set aside

Cut cucumbers and radishes into small cubes, and cut green peppers into small cubes

Pour peanuts, black fungus, cucumber and water radish into a pot and mix

Add salt and mix well

Pour in onion black vinegar, stir evenly, sprinkle with diced green pepper

Tips:
1. Black fungus should be blanched with boiling water.
2. I use new peanuts, which will be cooked in a few minutes. If they are old peanuts, they need to be soaked and then boiled.
3. Onion black vinegar has a complex taste, so I didn't add other seasonings.
