Assorted Side Dishes

Ingredients: black fungus, peanuts, water radish, cucumber, green hot pepper.

After soaking the black fungus, blanch it with boiling water and remove it for later use.

Pour the peanuts into boiling water and cook, remove them for later use.

Cut the cucumber and radish into small cubes, and the green hot pepper into small cubes.

Pour peanuts, black fungus, cucumber and water radish into a pot and mix.

Add salt and mix well.

Pour in onion black vinegar, stir well, and sprinkle with diced green peppers after serving.

Tips:
1. Black fungus should be blanched with boiling water.
2. I use new peanuts, which will be cooked in a few minutes. If they are old peanuts, they need to be soaked and then boiled.
3. Onion black vinegar has a complex taste, so I didn't add other seasonings.
