Assorted Vegetarian Rolls

1. Wash all kinds of vegetables, cut green onion into sections, drain bean sprouts, soak black fungus, shred carrots, and eggs

2. Egg with a pinch of salt

3. Beaten into egg liquid

4. Spread a little oil in a non-stick pan, pour in the egg mixture, spread over a small fire to form egg skin
