Assorted Yam Diced.

Peel the yam, wash, dice, and soak it in salt water.

Wash the carrots and cut into yam-sized cubes.

Wash the green peppers, remove the stalks, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes.

Wash the fungus soaking hair and roughly cut it into squares.

Cut bacon and ham into cubes.

Chop green onion and ginger into fine strips.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the diced yam and stir fry for a few minutes.

Tips:
After slicing the yam, it should be soaked in salt water immediately to prevent oxidation and blackening
When fresh yam is cut, there will be mucus, which can easily hurt your hands. You can wash it with water and a little vinegar to reduce the mucus.
