Astragalus and Chinese Yam Black Chicken Soup

Kill a black-bone chicken and wash it well.

Divide into large pieces.

Prepare astragalus, green onion, and ginger slices.

Prepare a hardcore yam.
5.
Wash and peel the yam, cut into pieces with a hob.

Put a pot on the fire, add black-bone chicken, green onion, sliced ginger, and water.

Put in astragalus tablets.

Turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the soup thickens. When the chicken is crisp, add the iron yam and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
