Auspicious Stuffed Spring Bamboo Shoots

Use the tip of a needle to cut the bamboo shoot into a filament. The two ends are not cut through and are shaped like a lantern. Complete one by one.

Blanch the bamboo shoots with boiling water, add a proper amount of salt to the water, so that the bamboo shoots are also salty,

Prepare minced pork belly with minced garlic.

Tips:
Don't add too much water to the sticky rice milk, just make it thicker.
