Authentic Boiled Beef

Cut the beef slices and soak in water, soak the blood and squeeze the water, and then use cornstarch + cooking wine + light soy sauce + pepper + egg white to marinate.

After the lettuce is cooked in boiling water, place it on the bottom of the bowl.

Put 100 grams of salad oil in a hot pot, add peppercorns + dried chili and saute, then enlarge the shallot rings, minced garlic, minced ginger, and Pixian bean paste to fry the red oil, then add some boiling water to boil it into red soup.

After the red soup boils for 5 minutes, boil the bean sprouts in the red soup.

The bean sprouts are blanched (about 1 minute). Remove and place in a bowl, and cover on top of lettuce.

Put the marinated beef in a pot and boil it, then boil it for about 5 minutes.

Then remove it and put it in a bowl and cover the bean sprouts.

Then pour the soup in the pot on the beef with a spoon to expose part of the beef.

Put garlic paste + chili powder on top of beef.

After the salad oil is heated in the pot, use a spoon to pour the oil on the chili powder in the bowl.

Sprinkle chopped green onion + coriander leaves in a bowl to make a bowl of authentic boiled beef.
Tips:
When corned beef, egg white can be omitted.
