Material preparation: first up and down, from left to right: yellow mustard (Senf), 300 grams of potatoes, small cucumbers (canned cucumbers, some sold in supermarkets), sugar-free yogurt (German called Yoghurt mild , It’s yogurt, but no sugar), eggs, onions, Miracel Whip (it should not be available in China, but it’s the same with mayonnaise or salad dressing) (I used to make 1000 grams of potatoes at a time. Give it to a friend. These potatoes are left over after cooking and cooking before, so I don’t bother to cook them again. I weighed it out and it was 300 grams, so let’s make these!)

300 grams of potatoes and an egg are cooked, not soft or hard, just moderate. After cooking, simmer for a while, remove and put in cold water.

As shown in the picture, onions, small cucumbers, and boiled eggs are diced. It is painful to cut onions. I cried as I cut them. Any kind of knife or onions would have little effect. Teach you one, cover your eyes with a thin film to make the mask stronger. Although a bit funny, but useful!

The third step is to demonstrate how to make dicing more convenient. As shown in the picture, remember that the roots are connected so that they will not fall apart and are easier to cut.

Make the sauce: Mix mustard, unsweetened yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing in the ratio I mentioned above. About a spoonful of yellow mustard.

Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Pour a little bit of water in the canned cucumber. You can pour as much as you want. If you pour too much, the sauce will be a little thinner. If you pour less, it will be thicker. It depends on your taste. I poured these at first, but didn't dare to pour too much. Later, I felt that the sauce became more flavorful, so I added more!

Pour the diced onion, diced cucumber, and diced egg into the sauce and mix well.

At this time, the potatoes should also be cooled, peeled and sliced to a thickness of about 1 cm. Pour. Stir well and complete! Sorry, I forgot to take a photo after cutting the potatoes, but everyone should know.

Put it into a container, put it in the refrigerator, and take it out two hours before you eat it! Otherwise it will be too cold and bad for the stomach.
Tips:
1. If there is less sauce, you can add it by yourself, but keep the ratio well, mayonnaise: unsweetened yogurt: yellow mustard approximately = 2:1:0.4.
2. For the three diced, the smaller the better; the potato slices should not be cut too thick, 1cm, so that the proportion of the sauce on a slice of potato is just right.
3. Put it in the refrigerator in summer, it can be stored for three days.
