Authentic Thai Tom Yum Goong Soup

Wash southern ginger and lemongrass.

Prepare the ingredients, cut the straw mushrooms in half, open the back of the prawns to remove the shrimp thread, and marinate with a little cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Slice southern ginger, photographed with lemongrass, cut into sections, and cut pepper into small pieces.

Put ginger, citronella, pepper, and lemon leaves into the water.

After boiling, simmer for 3 minutes.

Add tom yam sauce.

Add coconut flour, straw mushrooms and prawns and cook.

Add fish sauce and lemon juice to the finished product.
Tips:
1. The taste is not wrong if the ingredients are ready, and the taste is the same as the taste I have eaten in Thai restaurants.
2. Lemongrass is also called lemongrass, this is the key.
3. Southern ginger is hotter and stronger than northern ginger.
4. Coconut flour has the same effect instead of coconut milk. It neutralizes the spiciness and the soup is still rich.
