Authentic Vegetarian Version of Tomato Pasta

Make a cross on the bottom of the tomatoes, soak them in ice water, and peel them.

Cut into very small pieces.

Dice onion and garlic.

Heat the pot and add olive oil;
Fry the onion, add garlic after frying the aroma.

Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, fry until boiling, turn off the heat, and fry until soft.
