Autumn Health Preservation-white Radish and Snow Pear Soup

Wash the ribs and drain the water for later use.

Peel the white radish and the Sydney pear. Cut both into small pieces for later use.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, put all the ingredients in, and bring to a boil on high heat.
4.
Skim the foam.
5.
Cover and turn to low heat for about 40 minutes.
6.
Turn off the heat, add salt and chicken essence.
7.
A very sweet and healthy soup. In autumn and winter, I cook it once or twice every week.
