Autumn Spicy Fragrant Spicy Pork Ribs with Mushrooms

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok to heat up, fry the lower ribs slightly until the moisture is dry, remove the oil and set aside;

Leave the bottom oil in the wok, add the glutinous rice cake chili and stir fry until fragrant;

Add ginger and garlic slices, green onions, star anise, peppercorns, fennel and stir fry until fragrant;

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly;

Pour the soy sauce water for the marinated ribs, add 1 tablespoon of water, and cook the mushrooms over medium heat;

Add the ribs and stir fry evenly;

Stir-fry until the moisture is almost dry, turn off the heat;

Make some decorations in the plate and then put it on the plate;
Tips:
1. The ribs are cooked and then fried, the meat is not old;
2. The method of Guizhou's Zaba pepper is: half the Huaxi pepper and Zunyi pepper, wash and cut into sections, put them into a blender together with minced garlic and ginger, because the prepared chili paste is very cowardly and looks like Zunyi, so it is called Zaba chili. Guizhou spicy chicken is used in this kind of chili, now it is also used in home cooking, because it is spicy and fragrant, it is very popular;
