Avocado Dragon Fish Salad
1.
Cut avocado into pieces for later use
2.
Beat the eggs and set aside. Because it is the amount for my husband and I, I used three eggs. If it is eaten by one person, one egg and half a fish is just right.
3.
Cut the longli fish into pieces, and soak up the moisture with kitchen paper.
4.
Pour a small spoonful of olive oil into the pan (or a normal non-stick pan is fine, I use a Korean Maifan stone pan, don’t work too well, I love it completely), heat it for a minute, and pour the egg Stir fry with liquid. If the oil is hot for too long, the eggs will not be tender after being fried.
5.
After the eggs are served, stir-fry the dragon fish with the remaining domestic temperature. Don't flip too often, it's easy to break. Spray a little olive oil after the fish changes color. The picture is when I am spraying oil.
6.
Put all the ingredients on a plate, sprinkle with Shanghai salt and black pepper. start!
