Avocado Taro Tart

The taro is steamed in a pot.

Add condensed milk.

Use a tool to press it into mud.
4.
The avocado is cut and pitted and pressed into a puree.

Take the mousse ring and put a layer of taro mash at the bottom.

Spread another layer of avocado puree.
7.
Repeat this, and finally put avocado puree on the top, so that it looks good.

After demoulding, it tastes better with some strawberry jam before eating.
Tips:
If you want the finished product to be beautiful, you can make the layers obvious and even. Make sure that the first layer is firm, so that there will be no air at the edge after demolding.
