Avocado Toast

Put all the ingredients into the bread bucket and start the dough mixing program

Knead the dough to the complete stage, put it at room temperature for basic fermentation for 1 hour

Fermented to double size

Flatten the dough and vent, divide into three parts. 2 small groups of 35 grams each

Put all 3 doughs into the bear mold, and close the lid

Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation

After the second fermentation is completed, preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes

Cool thoroughly and cut into thin slices

You can use melted chocolate to decorate. I just have leftover snowy mooncake powder and some skins in my house. I also divide them into groups and add some coloring to decorate them.

Can be decorated as a frog or a light bear
