Avocado Tofu

Take a few slices of a good cold tofu, and put avocado and small tomatoes on both sides (I peeled the skin today)

Light soy sauce and broth 1:1, add coarse-grained Tibetan mustard and sugar, microwave for 15 seconds and then pour it on tofu

Avocado tofu and 🍅 grains are served together. Refreshing, good-looking and delicious
