Babies Don’t Like Fish, They Make Biscuits, Bite After Bite
1.
Put the sliced yam and the fish in the steaming grid, remember to add two slices of ginger on the fish to remove the fishy.
In a pot on cold water, boil over high heat and steam for 10 minutes to cook the fish and yam.
ps: You can replace the bass with other fish with less spines.
2.
Pick out the fish bones and pinch them several times to clean them. The flesh of my fish weighs 30g.
3.
Add the yam to puree and mix with the fish meat. The yam is about 70g.
The number of grams does not have to be so precise, it is almost the same. If some babies can still taste fish, you can put less fish next time.
ps: In this step, try to pound the yam more delicately, it will be smoother when you squeeze the shape. You can use a spoon, a rolling pin, or a hand, as long as it can make the yam delicate.
4.
Put in flour and add a little sugar if you like sweetness.
5.
Mix well, add a few drops of oil if it's too dry, or add a little more flour if it's too thin.
6.
Put the piping bag on the piping mouth and pour the batter into the piping bag.
ps: Find a deeper cup and hold up the piping bag so that the batter will not be everywhere.
7.
Squeeze it into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
8.
Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, then at 100°C for 15 minutes.
ps: Preheat the oven in advance, check it frequently when baking at a high temperature to avoid battering. If you see the edges change color, switch to low-temperature baking. The purpose of low-temperature baking is to make the surface of the biscuits dry a little, so the baked biscuits It will not be deformed because it is soft. If the baby's chewing ability is not very good, you can bake it at low temperature for 5 minutes to make the surface of the biscuit a little dry.
Tips:
The baked biscuits are hard on the outside and soft on the inside, which not only trains the baby's chewing ability, but also allows the baby to eat all the fish, haha~
