Baby Constipation Porridge

Wash the rice and cook it into a porridge, cook it slightly, and don't cook it too dry.

When cooking the porridge, fry the black sesame seeds, wash the wok, heat the pot, change the heat to low heat, add the black sesame seeds and fry them slowly until the black sesame seeds lightly jump in the pot, turn off the heat.

Put the fried black sesame seeds in a fresh-keeping bag and slowly smash them with a rolling pin. This step can actually be broken with a food processor.

Crush the black sesame seeds as much as possible.

Put another small pot on the stove, change the fire to a low heat, and put in a small bowl of cooked rice porridge.

Add two spoons of black sesame powder.

Mix well.

Put in a spoonful of sugar.

Cook on low heat for one to two minutes.
