Cut the chicken breast into cubes and put it in the food processor. Chicken mash, pork mash, beef mash, you can replace it at will.
5.
Start the food processor and beat the chicken into a delicate chicken puree.
6.
Pour the stirred chicken mash into a bowl, add corn oil, no added soy sauce, and fresh mushroom powder to the bowl, and mix well.
7.
Continue to add corn kernels, rapeseed shreds, beat in the eggs, and again stir all the ingredients evenly.
8.
Brush the oil in the mold, and put a layer of silicone oil paper on the bottom to prevent sticking.
*I use the small high-temperature-resistant bowl for serving dishes at home. You can replace it with any mold. Don't forget to put silicone oil paper on the bottom, so it will be better demoulded.
9.
Then pour in the egg mixture, and spread the small tomato slices evenly on the surface.
10.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the baking pan.
* Add about 1~2cm to clean water, mainly to increase the humidity in the oven, so that the baked eggs will be more tender and more delicious.
*If you don't have an oven, you can choose to pour all the egg liquid into a non-stick pan to make omelets, turn on a low heat and bake them until they are cooked through, then take out and cut into small pieces.
11.
Adjust the temperature of the oven to 200 degrees from the top and bottom for 25 minutes, and put the baking pan into the middle of the preheated oven.
*Because the temper of each oven is different, you can adjust the time appropriately, and finally subject to ripeness.
12.
After baking, take it out, let it air out, and cut it into small pieces.
