Forgot to take pictures. Eggs, flour, and milk are combined together. After kneading, cover the bowl and let it wake up for a while (you can add some salt to make the noodles more chewy)
2.
Cut the beef into a meat grinder or cooking machine and stir. Stir the stuffing and put it on the plate. Chop the chopped green onion and put it in the beef stuffing. Add salt and mushroom powder to taste.
3.
Heat the oil and put the pepper and ginger into the oil, deep-fry until it becomes dry, the aroma is tangy, pick out the pepper and ginger, while the oil is hot, pour the oil into the beef filling and stir. 4.
The next step is to roll the dough. As for the shape, the thinner the better. Of course, it cannot be broken, so the wonton wrapper will be very thin. As for the shape, it's best to cut it into a rhombus, or some corners into a triangle.
5.
Put the mixed stuffing in the position as shown in the figure, then roll it up and pinch both ends to be OK
Tips:
The noodles should not be too soft. If you want to be more gluten, you can add some salt when making the noodles. If you can’t finish it, you can freeze it and cook for your baby when you want to eat.
