Baby Loofah Egg Yolk Cake

I used a quarter of a loofah.

Ingredients: a piece of loofah, peeled and shredded, an egg yolk, 40 grams of flour, 1 gram of shrimp skin powder

Add a spoonful of water to all the ingredients, mix and stir well.

Brush the bottom of the pot with a layer of oil. I use walnut oil when my baby eats it. The pot is just an ordinary wok.

Spread the paste on the pan and fry it slowly on low heat. I fry it at 100 degrees for less than 20 minutes.
