Baby Love Steamed Pork Ribs with Shiitake Mushrooms

The shiitake mushrooms are foamed in cold water first, and fully swelled for later use

Ribs (use the front row ~ slippery. The back row is tough) wash and chop into small pieces

Add ribs, shiitake mushrooms (sliced or diced), salt, very fresh, fish sauce, oil, water starch, and mix well. Marinate for more than half an hour and pour it into a dish (find a dish that can fit in a rice cooker). I have two small dishes, one in the morning and one in the evening.

When the rice is cooked until the water has just boiled, put a small steaming rack on the rice noodles and it will be cooked. When the rice is cooked, it will be cooked. (You can also use a steamer on the boiling water to steam)
