Babies start to add supplementary food, meat is essential, and the commercially available pork floss is uneasy to eat. I made it myself without any additives, no seasonings, and even salt. It is very suitable for babies! "

Baby Meat Floss (bread Machine Version)

1. Cut the tenderloin into pieces, put green onions and ginger, and tighten with water to remove the smell and blood.

2. Press the tightly packed meat in a pressure cooker for about 15 minutes to make the meat rotten.

3. Remove the fascia of the stewed meat, tear it slightly according to the fiber of the meat, and put it in a food bag.

4. Put the meat in the food bag on the chopping board and beat it repeatedly with a rolling pin until the meat fiber becomes more finely chopped.

5. Put the beaten meat into the bread machine, and select the length of the meat floss mode according to the amount of meat and the degree of dryness and wetness.

6. The meat floss program is completed, and then pour out and serve.

7. Here is another picture of the finished product. The color and texture are not less than the commercially available pork floss. Although there is no seasoning, it is not fishy at all. The key is that it is very safe for the baby to eat!

Tips:

1. Don't do too much at once, the effect of putting into the bread machine is not good. I am about three kilograms of raw meat, and the finished product is half a catty, and the bread machine is already full.
2. Cooked meat is better to remove fascia than raw meat
3. If the color is not good, you can add a little soy sauce for children
4. Give the baby to eat. If the finished fiber is not too fine, you can continue to break the finished meat floss with a food processor. I always put the rice cereal in the rice cereal machine together with the rice and then make rice cereal for the baby to eat.
5. For babies who have eaten salt, mothers can add seasoning as appropriate.
