Boil the yeast with warm water, mix the cornmeal and white flour (1:1) and stir evenly, pour in the yeast water and make a batter.

Brush oil on the four walls of the container, spread greased paper on the bottom, pour the batter, cover with wet cloth, and ferment at room temperature to double its size.

Sprinkle dried cranberries on the surface after fermentation, cover with perforated tin foil, steam for 15-20 minutes in a steamer, let it cool, and cut it into the desired shape.
