Baby Mooncake

All the ingredients are ready for later use.

Put purple potatoes, sweet potatoes, and yams in a pot and steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked.

After steaming, peel it and use a rolling pin (or use a food supplement) to stir into a puree. (If you use a rolling pin to let it cool, then you can roll it. If the heat is still there, it will be crushed into mud and not a ball)

Take out 15g of yam mud, knead it into a round shape, and wrap it with egg yolk and seal it.

The yam ball wrapped in egg yolk is put into a 50g moon cake mold.

After pressing the yam puree, fill the purple potato puree until the mold is sealed.

Use the moon cake mold to slowly press out the moon cake to complete it.
