Ingredients

Baby Red Dates and Yam Porridge

1. I use a small bowl of Thai fragrant rice that is enough for a family of three to drink. I add a drop of flaxseed oil when making the porridge.

2. When making the porridge, you can prepare the yam and red dates. Peel and remove the pits and wash them separately.

3. The above slices are reserved

4. When the rice porridge is cooked, it will be served and only left enough for the baby to drink. About a spoonful of cooked porridge and the remaining rice, soup, and rice soup are good things.

5. Then put the ingredients into the reserved porridge and boil

6. Boil until it's cooked and thick

7. The porridge in the pot is directly mashed with a gift stick. It’s not because the child is easy to drink because my family is more than two years old and it’s okay to eat. The teeth have grown up a long time ago. It’s not because of the problem of chewing, but I think it is mashed. The child’s stomach is easy to digest and absorb

8. It's ok to boil it after finishing it

Tips:

This bowl of porridge is nutritious and easy to digest and absorb
