Pumpkin and Savory Braised Rice

Prepare the materials

Peel and cut pumpkin into small pieces, dice carrots, and dice onions

Dice bacon, soak and chop mushrooms and fungus

Heat the pan with oil, and stir-fry the bacon for a while until the oil comes out

Tips:
The water for braising rice is almost the same as for cooking rice.
