Baby’s Calcium-supplementing Delicacy [stewed Yellow Croaker with Tofu]
1.
Wash cucumber fish head and tail
2.
Add fresh milk and 1 teaspoon of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes (the addition of fresh milk will make the fish more delicious)
3.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use
4.
Coat the marinated fish and sliced tofu with dry flour
5.
Heat the pot, lightly oil, fry the fish pieces on both sides over a medium-to-small fire, and set them up (pat the flour clean)
6.
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry on both sides (don’t forget to pat the flour gently)
7.
Take a kitchen paper towel to wipe the pot, pour a small amount of oil, add the green onion and sauté until fragrant, remove it and use it
8.
Stir-fry the tomatoes, stir-fry slowly over medium-low heat, crush them with a spatula as much as possible
9.
Squeeze 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and stir fry, (medium heat) at the same time pour light soy sauce along the side of the pot
10.
Add oyster sauce and sugar and stir fry (try not to put too much oyster sauce, so as not to affect the color of the dishes)
11.
Pour half a bowl of water along the side of the pot
12.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, sprinkle in half a teaspoon of chili powder, (turn to low heat) and simmer while pressing with a spatula for 2 minutes
13.
Pour in the fish cubes and tofu, gently toss and mix evenly
14.
Continue to low heat, cover and simmer for five minutes
15.
All right. (I was worried that the spiciness was too weak, so I added some chili powder)
16.
The color is bright, the taste is moderate, the baby is very appetite!
