Lemon Sour and Spicy Grilled Fish

1. Wash the fish, put on salt and cooking wine, and dry lemon slices in the belly

2. Spread light soy sauce and Thai chutney and marinate for about 2 hours

3. Brush thin oil on tin foil, pad lemon slices

4. Put the marinated fish on the surface and brush it with chutney again

5. Wrap it and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

6. Open, brush the sauce, continue to bake for about 10 minutes

Tips:

Brush oil on the tin foil to prevent the fish skin from sticking.
