Baby Vegetable Tofu with Oil

Prepare ingredients.

Wash baby cabbage, and cut the leaves and stems into small pieces.

Cut the oily tofu into triangles with a knife.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and saute until fragrant. Add chopped peppers and stir fry for aroma

Add vegetable stems and fry until soft.
6.
Add the vegetable leaves and stir fry until soft.
7.
Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Pour in oily tofu and drizzle in a little water.
8.
Cook for 2 minutes until baby cabbage is soft and oily tofu is delicious.
9.
Season with salt, sprinkle chopped green onion, and bring out.
Tips:
1. You can add chili sauce if you eat spicy food.
