Baby Version Rice Grated Dorayaki
1.
Put an appropriate amount of flour, an appropriate amount of rice paste and an egg in the bowl.
2.
Gradually add water, mix the flour, rice paste, and eggs evenly. The batter should not be too thin. It is thicker than the batter for pancakes. The dorayaki is super soft if the batter is too thin. I tried one and it was too soft, so I added some noodles.
3.
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush the oil, and pour a spoonful of batter into the electric baking pan. When the batter changes from thin to solidified state, it can be turned over. At the same time, pay attention to the heat. The fire of my electric baking pan is too big, and the color will be heavy if you don't pay attention. When both sides are colored, you can make it out of the pot.
4.
Add water to the red bean paste and make it thinner. The red bean paste I bought in the supermarket is used to make the leftovers of the steamed buns. The red bean paste with water is softer and has a better taste. My personal experience is this. Babies who like to eat a little dry bean paste do not need to add water. Take a slice of pie, scoop a spoonful of red bean paste and spread it on top of the pie, then cover with a slice of pie, and the dorayaki is ready.
