Bacon and Asparagus Rolls

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add a few drops of oil and an appropriate amount of salt, and put the asparagus in it to blanch the water;

After blanching the asparagus, rinse it in cold water;

Cut the bacon in half, and then cut the asparagus into sections wider than the bacon;

. Place the asparagus and red pepper on one end of the bacon and roll up;

Fix the rolled bacon and asparagus rolls with a toothpick soaked in water;

Put the bacon and asparagus rolls in a pan and fry slowly;

Fry on one side until golden, turn it over and fry on the other side until golden, sprinkle some black pepper on both sides;

Put it in the disk and place it.
Tips:
1. Adding salt and oil when blanching the asparagus can keep the asparagus green, and blanching the asparagus in cold water can make it more crisp;
2. Put the asparagus and red pepper into the bottom of the bacon, roll it up, and fix it with a toothpick soaked in water;
3. As there is oil in the bacon, there is no need to put oil in it. Just put the bacon roll in it and fry it, fry on both sides until golden brown, and sprinkle with black pepper.
