Bacon and Celery

Remove the leaves of celery, wash and cut into diagonal slices.

Blanch the celery slices.

The blanched celery is too cold.

Remove the dry water.

Cut bacon into small pieces and mince garlic.

Fill the wok with oil and heat, add the chopped garlic until fragrant.

Then add the bacon and sauté a little.

Fry until the bacon is cooked through.

Add celery, stir fry over high heat, and add salt.

Add a little chicken powder, stir well and serve.
