Bacon and Potato Braised Rice

The main materials are available.

Cut the bacon into thin slices for later use;

Chop garlic into small slices, onion and potato into small slices;

Soak the rice in clean water for 1 hour, then wash it for later use;

Add oil to the pot and fry the garlic cloves;

Stir-fry the onions over the fire;
7.
Stir-fry the sautéed pork belly until oily;

Finally, stir-fry the potatoes until they are golden in color;

Pour the fried bacon and potatoes into the inner core of the rice cooker with the amount of water used to cook the rice. Spread the light soy sauce and pepper evenly on the rice cooker.

Press the cooking button of the rice cooker;

After the rice is cooked, simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir the bacon potatoes and rice well.
Tips:
1. If the bacon tastes weaker, you can add some salt;
2. Light soy sauce is more or less according to personal preference.
