Bacon and Radish Soup

Main and auxiliary ingredients: bacon, radish, vermicelli

Cut the bacon into strips.

Wash and shred the radish.

Heat oil, fry the chopped green onion, add shredded radish and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Add water and simmer for about 5 minutes until the radishes are cooked through.

Add the fans and cook for 1 minute.

Add bacon.

Season with a pinch of salt.

After boiling, you can turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, ready to serve.
Tips:
1. If you don't like fans, you can leave it alone without affecting the taste.
2. The radish should be cooked until it is fully cooked.
