Bacon, Broad Bean and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: broad beans, winter melon, bacon (sliced)

Peel the broad beans into meat seeds, wash them, and set aside.

Remove the seeds and skin of the winter melon and wash it.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut bacon and the panned broad beans and stir fry.

Then, add the cut winter melon and stir fry.

Then, add some water.

Bring to a boil and cook until the broad beans and winter melon are cooked and soft.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
10.
Add the right amount of chicken essence.
11.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.

Taste it and add salt as appropriate.
