Bacon Cheese Bread

Prepare the ingredients, I mixed them together and weighed it, it's faster, then put it in the bread machine and let the dough rise for an hour and a half

Take out the exhaust, sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, spread the bacon, and sprinkle some mozzarella and chives

Cut the segments that suit you

Sprinkle some mozzarella on top, ferment for 30 minutes, preheat the oven for 10 minutes, up and down the middle layer at 180 degrees, bake for 25 minutes!

It’s coming out. My oven has a relatively high temperature and it's a bit burnt. Please refer to the temperature and time of your oven!
