Bacon Chicken Thigh Pizza

Pour flour, yeast, butter, salt, sugar, eggs, and water into a container and knead it into a dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and spread it to double its size.

Squeeze the air out of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it out a bit larger than the baking pan (my dough is smaller, so the roll out is smaller than the baking pan).

The rolled dough is spread on the baking sheet and rolled around, and the baking sheet is turned on to bake the dough.

Tomatoes, onions, red peppers, bacon, and chicken drumsticks (forgot to shoot) are sliced in sequence.

Fry the prepared ingredients in the pan, don't fry them too well.

The bread is baked.

Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese, then raw onions and the ingredients that have just been fried.

Then put a layer of cheese on the pancake and bake it over the fire.
